Everything in the shop is printed when you order it, so please choose with care.

Damaged, misprinted or wrong

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or isn't what you ordered, email a photo to info@michelebagnod.com within 30 days of delivery. You get a free replacement or a refund.

Lost parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, email me and I'll sort it out with the printer.

Your legal rights

If you live in the UK or the EU, the law gives you the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery. Write to me first and I'll explain how it works.
