This page explains what happens to your details when you use this shop. It's run by Michele Bagnod. For anything about your data, write to info@michelebagnod.com.
What is collected
When you buy something: your name, email, shipping address, phone number and what you ordered. Your card details are entered in Stripe's secure checkout and never reach me.
Why
- To make, ship and track your order.
- To send your receipt and answer your questions.
- To keep the sales records the law requires for tax.
Nothing is sold, and you won't get newsletters unless you ask for them.
Who else sees it
- Stripe processes the payment.
- Printful prints and ships your order, so it receives your name, address, email and phone.
- Cloudflare hosts this website.
Some of these companies handle data outside the UK and the EU, under their own safeguards and privacy policies.
Cookies and your browser
This site doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies. Stripe uses the cookies it needs for a safe payment and to prevent fraud. Your bag is kept in your own browser so it's still there when you come back.
How long
Order records are kept for as long as tax law requires, usually six years. Emails are kept only as long as they're useful for your order.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, within what the law requires me to keep. If you're unhappy with how your data is handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) in the UK or to the data protection authority where you live.
